At Bancroft Bay Distillery our goal is to be the best gin distillery in East Gippsland. Our business is based in picturesque Metung, the jewel of East Gippsland. Our first two gins were named after Metung landmarks, Shaving Point East Gippsland Gin and our award winning Chinamans Creek Asian Inspired Gin. Our aim is to source as many ingredients and botanicals from East Gippsland as we can and where possible, we love to collaborate with local suppliers, such as Tambo Valley Honey. Both our Red Gum Honey Gin and Orange Blossom Honey Gin as well as our Honey and Wattleseed Liqueur are made with honey from Tambo Valley Honey. We pride ourselves on collaborating locally at every opportunity.
